The first step to becoming a member of the Faulkes Telescope Project is to create an account. This account will allow you to book a time slot to observe, create an observation, download your images and check your  time allowance. The following steps will guide you through creating a Faulkes Telescope Project account.

1) To create an account, navigate to our Registration page.

2) You’ll need to fill out the form with your details. Enter your name and the email address that you’d like to associate with your account – we will email your confirmed account details to this address.

3) Next, enter the details for your school or organisation. You’ll need to provide some evidence of your association with your organisation – details can be found on the form.

4) Finally, let us know how you heard about us and whether you’d like to join our mailing list.

5) It may take a couple of days to confirm your account creation. Once it has been confirmed, you will be able to login to your account by going to the login page (NB. the login system is hosted by LCO, so you will login to an external website to use the telescopes).
