Faulkes Telescope Project Privacy Policy
Welcome to our new website! We decided that it was time for an update and a refresh of our old site. Hopefully you’ll agree that our website looks a bit smarter, cleaner and better organised.
We’ve tried to keep the same general layout, so you should be able to work out where all the things that you love are. We’ve also added a few things, such as a list of Associated Projects that we at FT are working on; a bit of information about the telescopes themselves and the history of FT; and some guidance on whether to use the RTI or Queue System.
We’re going to focus on bringing you more regular news articles and showcasing what our users are doing, to inspire everyone to use the telescopes. If you have done anything with the telescopes that you’d be happy for us to show off – whether you’ve got your class making colour images, detected an asteroid or measured the rotation of a galaxy – we’d love to hear from you.
Our new website is just the beginning. We’re also working on revamping our Moodle resources site, so it will be easier for you to find resources and project ideas. We’ll also soon be introducing an Real Time Interface (RTI) simulator, so you can use the RTI even when you or the telescopes are offline.
If you have any comments or feedback on the new site, or on any other matter, we’d love to hear from you. You can contact us using our new form, contact us on our Facebook page or tweet us. Otherwise, we hope you all continue to enjoy using the telescopes and we look forward to seeing what amazing projects you do with them!
